DFS平台预订商品

 

以下条款适用于您通过任何DFS平台(包括但不限于微信、电子邮件和电话订购)(下称“DFS平台”)提交的有关将在店铺从DFS购买的商品的任何预订。在您使用DFS平台预订商品(下称“预订”)时,除了适用于特定优惠或贵宾/会员计划的条款及细则外,您还受到以下条款及细则的约束。

 

1.  价格

您所预订的商品的价格均已在相关的商品描述页面标明。DFS平台上的价格可能会不时变动,恕不另行通知。DFS平台上显示的所有商品价格均会标明适用的货币,并且包含任何适用的增值税、销售税以及其他关税和税费。

2.  商品

商品描述页面上显示的商品视店铺的供货情况而定。在您收到预订已被接受的确认信息之前,DFS不保证相应商品有货。DFS平台上显示的商品图像质量和颜色可能与实际商品不同。

3.  预订

  • A. 您的预订构成向DFS提出保留所选商品的请求。DFS平台不是电子商务平台,也不会在网上完成任何购买交易。

  • B. 您可在DFS平台上进行商品的预订,只需输入您希望购买的商品数量,并在必填栏内输入您的个人信息(例如您的名字、姓氏、电子邮件地址、手机号码、微信号、T贵宾会会员编号(如有)等)。

  • C. 您无需在DFS平台上支付购买金额。当您在提货时间前往店铺购买并提取所预订的商品时,DFS将按购买价格收取货款。DFS也可能要求您为预订支付定金。

4.  确认、接受和取消预订

  • A. 在预订商品后,您将会收到DFS发送的书面确认,确认收到您的预订。尽管您的预订被收到,DFS并无强制义务部分或全部履行该预订。

  • B. DFS没有义务接受您的预订。DFS可以在接受您的预订前随时拒绝您的预订和/或取消您的预订,其原因包括但不限于:(a)您不具备预订资格;(b)您预订的任何商品无货;(c)您提供的信息在任何方面不完整或不准确;或者(d)商品描述(包括价格)在任何方面不正确(DFS保留随时更正或更新此类信息的权利)。

  • C. DFS会在认同能够履行您的预订后,向您发送确认信息(下称“预订确认书”)。从您提交预订到DFS确认收到您的预订之间可能需要一些时间。

  • D. 如果我们拒绝您的预订,DFS对您不承担任何责任,您亦无权向DFS提出索赔。您承认,前往店铺提取任何未经预订确认书确认的预订商品的旅行将由您个人自行承担风险,DFS亦不承担由您负担的费用或任何其他责任。

  • E. 在您提取商品时,将适用DFS的合理使用政策。每名顾客每天最多仅可购买6件同款商品,单笔交易中最多可购买24件商品。

  • F. T贵宾会的优惠活动和积分活动不与此类购买同享。

5.  预订提货;取消预订

  • A. 如果预订已被DFS接受,您可在预订确认书中指明的“提货时间”前往店铺购买和提取您预订的商品。您将需要在提取商品时使用可用的付款方式支付商品的货款,这些付款方式可能包括现金、Visa、万事达卡、美国运通、微信支付、支付宝和/或不时可用的其他付款方式。

  • B. 当您购买和提取商品时,将可享受预订时DFS平台上列明的价格和优惠(如有)。

  • C. 预订经预订确认书确认后,DFS将不接受任何变更或取消。

  • D. 如果您希望更改提货时间,请联系我们的顾客服务团队。如果您未在指定提货时间的24小时内提取您的商品,我们保留取消您的预订的权利。

  • E. 在您支付货款并提取商品后,将不予退款或更换。

6.  接受预订商品

  • A. DFS保证您通过DFS平台预订的商品符合商品描述页面上的描述。DFS对商品不作任何其他陈述或保证,并在法律准许的最大范围内拒绝做出一切默示保证,特别是涉及消费者保护强制性规定时。

  • B. 为免疑义,特此声明预订确认书和订单确认书皆非具有约束力的要约。当您在店铺付款并提取商品后,您与我们的合同便履行完毕。当您在店铺中遵照店铺销售条款完成付款并提取商品后,您在DFS平台上通过预订所保留的任何商品的所有权将转移给您。

7.  其他优惠活动

  • A. 本优惠不与任何其他优惠、礼品卡或购物券同享。

  • B. 本优惠不与DFS员工或任何其他具备相应资格的人员所享有的内部折扣同享。

8.  翻译

英文版与中文版的内容如有任何矛盾或歧义之处,以英文版为准。

Reservation of Items on the DFS Platform

 

The following provisions govern any Reservation submitted by you through any DFS platform (including without limitation, WeChat, email and telephone ordering) (“DFS Platform”) in respect of products to be purchased from DFS at a Store. When you use the DFS Platform to reserve a product (“Reservation”), you will be subject to these Terms and Conditions in addition to those which apply to specific promotions or loyalty/membership programs.

  1. Prices

The prices payable for the products that you reserve are specified on the relevant item description page. Prices on the DFS Platform may change without notice from time to time. All product prices shown on the DFS Platform will specify the applicable currency and are inclusive of any applicable VAT, sales and other duties and taxes.

  1. Products

Products shown on the item description page are subject to availability. DFS does not guarantee the availability of such products until you receive confirmation that your Reservation has been accepted. The quality of images and colour of products shown on the DFS Platform may vary from those of actual product.

  1. Reservation

  • A. Your Reservation constitutes a request to DFS to reserve selected products. DFS Platform is not an e-commerce platform and no purchase transactions will be concluded online.

  • B. You may reserve products on the DFS Platform by entering the desired quantity along with your personal details in the mandatory fields (such as your name, surname, e-mail address, mobile number, Wechat ID, Loyal T membership no. if applicable).

  • C. No purchase price is payable on the DFS Platform. DFS will collect the amount of the purchase price from you when you purchase and pick up the reserved item in the store at the Collection Time. DFS may also require a deposit to be payable in respect of your Reservation.

  1. Confirmation, Acceptance and Cancellation of Reservation

  • A. After reserving a product, you will receive a written confirmation from DFS confirming receipt of your Reservation. Whilst your Reservation may be received, DFS is under no obligation to fulfil the Reservation whether partly or in whole.

  • B. DFS has no obligation to accept your Reservation. DFS may decline your Reservation and/or cancel your Reservation at any time before acceptance and for any reason including, but not limited to: (a) your ineligibility to make the Reservation; (b) the unavailability of any products that you reserved; (c) if the information that you provided is incomplete or inaccurate in any respect; or (d) the product description, including price, is incorrect in any respect (DFS reserves the right to correct or update such information at any time).

  • C. DFS will send you a subsequent confirmation when it accepts that it is able to fulfil your Reservation ("Confirmation of Reservation"). It may take some time between your submission of your Reservation and DFS acknowledging receipt of your Reservation.

  • D. DFS shall have no liability to you and you shall have no claim against DFS if we decline your Reservation. You acknowledge that any travel to the Store to collect reserved products that were not confirmed by a Confirmation of Reservation will be at your own risk and that DFS shall not be liable for costs borne by you or for any other liability.

  • E. DFS Reasonable use policy apply upon pick-up of goods. Each customer is entitled per day to buy only 6 units of a same product, and 24 units on one transaction.

  • F. Loyal T promotions and point collection cannot be used in conjunction with these purchases.

     

    1. Picking Up Your Reservation, Cancellation of Your Reservation

    • A. Provided that the Reservation has been accepted by DFS, the products you have reserved will be available for purchase and pick-up at the Store at the “Collection Time” indicated in the Confirmation of Reservation. You will be requested to pay for the product upon collection by the available payment methods, which may include any of cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, WeChat Pay or Alipay and/or other payment methods available from time to time.

    • B. The price and promotion, if any, listed on the DFS Platform at the point of Reservation will be honoured when you purchase and pick-up your product.

    • C. Once the reservation has been confirmed by way of the Confirmation of Reservation, no changes or cancellation shall be accepted by DFS.

    • D. If you wish to change your Collection Time please contact our Customer Service Team. If you do not collect your product within 24 hours of your Collection Time, We reserve the right to cancel your Reservation.

    • E. Once you have paid and collected your items, no refund or exchange can be made.

    1. Acceptance of Reserved Products

    • A. DFS warrants that the products that you reserved through the DFS Platform will conform to the description on the item description page. DFS makes no other representation and warranty about the products and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, especially with reference to consumer protection mandatory provisions.

    • B. For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Confirmation of Reservation nor the Order Confirmation are binding offers. The completion of the contract between you and Us will take place when you pay for and collect the Products in Store. Title to any product you reserve via Reservation submitted by you through the DFS Platform shall pass to you when you collect and pay for the product in Store in accordance with the in Store terms of sale.

       

      1. Other promotions

      • A. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, gift cards or coupons.

      • B. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with Privilege Discounts offered to DFS employees or any other person eligible for Privilege Discounts.

         

        1. Translation

        If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
